Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mantra Meta Shri Sadhgurudev LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use www.shrisadhgurudev.com, related pages, and the Shri Sadhgurudev Android app on Google Play (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app.

1. Who we are

We provide spiritual courses, consultations, events, shop items, and related digital content under the guidance of Shri Sadhgurudev.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile

When you create an account or update your profile, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • City and state
  • Password (stored with your customer account)

Purchases and bookings

If you buy a course, program, event, consultation, or shop item, we keep order and payment status records, including amount, billing status, and the items you purchased.

Contact and enquiry forms

When you submit Contact Us or similar forms, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, phone, and message) and, where you tick the box, your consent to be contacted by call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp about our products and offers.

Course and media use

If you are enrolled, we process the information needed to show your learning, purchases, and course materials (including videos and PDFs).

Technical and device information

We automatically collect limited technical data to run the Services, such as:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages or screens visited and referring URL
  • Session cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your cart

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera access unless a future feature asks for that permission and you grant it.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process orders and payments
  • Deliver courses, events, consultations, and digital content
  • Respond to enquiries and provide support
  • Send service messages (login, bookings, payment confirmation)
  • Send product or offer updates where you have given consent
  • Keep the website and app secure and improve performance
  • Comply with law and prevent fraud or misuse

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI, and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay’s checkout. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers. We receive payment identifiers, amount, and success/failure status so we can confirm your purchase.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed:

  • Payment processors (Razorpay) to complete transactions
  • Hosting and infrastructure used to run the website, CRM, and app
  • Google Drive / Google APIs when a course PDF is stored or streamed from Drive
  • Content delivery and UI libraries (for example Bootstrap, Font Awesome, Swiper) loaded from third-party CDNs
  • Legal requests if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public

Staff who need the information to deliver a service (for example, confirming a consultation booking) may access relevant records inside our CRM.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep your session, shopping cart, and login state. These are required for the site and app to work. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party remarketing cookies.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. If you do, login, cart, and checkout may not work correctly.

7. Data retention

We keep account, purchase, and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet accounting and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove or anonymise personal data that we no longer need to retain by law.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information (including HTTPS and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please keep your password confidential.

9. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your choices and rights

You may:

  • Access or update profile details from your account pages when logged in
  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Withdraw marketing consent at any time
  • Request deletion of some personal data while keeping your account
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data

To delete some data without closing the account, or to delete the account itself, follow the steps on Delete your account. You can also use the Contact Us form or call +91-9872501561 / +91-8699959233. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

11. Android app (Google Play)

This policy applies to the Shri Sadhgurudev app. The app may use:

  • Internet access to load content, log in, and process payments
  • Account information you enter for login and profile
  • Purchase and enrolment data to show your courses and bookings

If a future app version requests extra device permissions (such as notifications or storage), Android will ask you at that time. You can refuse or later revoke permissions in system settings.

You can uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling does not automatically delete your website account; request account deletion as described above.

12. International visitors

Our servers and team are based in India. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in India, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy. The current version is always published at https://www.shrisadhgurudev.com/privacy.php.
